Exchange and Return Policy

At Source Eyewear, we want you to love your shades. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help you find the right pair or process a return.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges if you’d like to try a different style or color. Our goal is to help you find a pair you truly love. To start an exchange, just reach out to us at info@sourceeyewear.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returns

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we can do that too. Just send the sunglasses back to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely.

Damaged Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sunglasses that are damaged after delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if something isn’t right.
